We made the payment that afternoon and next morning we already got the letters of invitation with all the required documents. There was a mistake with one of our names, we asked for a correction and within a couple of hours we got a new version with all the correct data. Then to the embassy in Madrid, Spain. They asked for the form, the LOI, a certificate from the bank, a certificate from the job and a planned itinerary ( just showing the dates and places you want to visit is enough). Super friendly staff, and in less than a week we got our visas valid to enter for a whole year and for a stay of more time than we asked for.

Tour operator received the money on June 24 and instantly sent me the necessary documents via e-mail. The embassy in Berlin returned the passport and the visa only 10 days later! The Manager of the travel agency has issued and mailed the LOI, together with a copy of his ID and the registration of his travel agency, on the same day of receiving my payment. The Pakistan embassy in Vienna (AUSTRIA) accepted it and issued the visa within one week. At the same travel agency I booked a 4WD (Prado) with driver for 36 days. The costs were PKR 6000/day + diesel. This was the best offer I could find. Today is the 33rd day I used this service without any complications. I think you can recommand this travel agency also for car rental.

One criticism is I’m not a big fan of Western Union and not that happy with them taking a 10% commission on funds transfer, so having some way to pay by credit card would be good.

Paypal Payment System does not work in Pakistan. One can transfer money through bank into our bank account however, the bank’s international transaction fee is HIGHER than the actual visa fee that we are charging. Therefore, we are using Western Union as this is the easiest, fastest and cheapest option for small visa fee transactions. You can send the money via Western Union, Name of receiver will be forwarded to you when we get the required information from you as listed above. Recently, some travellers used Transferwise.com to send the charges, which is also convenient and fast and you can send directly transfer the payment into our bank account.
